Return & Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
At Renovatio Labs, each product is custom-made based on customer-provided impressions and specifications. For this reason, refunds are strictly limited to verified manufacturing defects, meaning the appliance does not meet the agreed specifications due to an error in our materials or workmanship.
Refunds are not issued for cosmetic preferences or subjective changes, including but not limited to tooth shape, size, color, gum shade, appliance style, or overall appearance requested after production has begun. Shade selections, design choices, and aesthetic preferences provided by the customer are considered final once manufacturing starts and are not grounds for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the appliance must be returned in original condition, unused, clean, and unaltered. Appliances showing signs of wear, modification, damage, or improper handling are not eligible.
Full refunds are only available prior to the shipment of the impression kit after an order has been placed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 100 days from the original order date. No refunds will be issued beyond 100 days from the original order date regardless of the manufacturing stage or product conditions.
2. Impression Kit Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, impression kits are non-refundable, whether used or unused. Impression kits are personal-use items and cannot be restocked or reused. Customers are responsible for carefully following the provided instructions to ensure accurate impressions and avoid delays or additional costs. If you decide that Renovatio Labs isn’t right for you after your order has been placed and the impression kit has already been shipped, a $49 impression kit fee will be applied to your refund.
3. Pre-Production Design Confirmation
All requests, notes, or preferences related to appliance appearance, size, shape, style, or fit must be submitted before production begins. Once manufacturing starts, design decisions are finalized by our specialists based on the information provided, impression quality, and technical requirements.
Changes or redesign requests cannot be accommodated after production has started.
If a customer submits impressions without first confirming their accuracy with our lab as instructed, and the impressions are determined to be unusable for manufacturing, we will not be able to proceed with production. In such cases, the customer will have the following options:
a) Purchase a new impression kit for $49 and retake the impressions following proper guidance, or
b) Cancel the order and receive a refund of the order amount minus a $49 impression kit fee.
4. Non-Refundable Services & Add-Ons
The following services and items are non-refundable once applicable stages are reached:

Rush Production Services: Expedited manufacturing services are non-refundable once production has begun due to dedicated labor and scheduling.

Rush or Express Shipping: Shipping upgrades are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Accessories & Add-Ons: Items such as cases, cleaning products, or additional accessories are non-refundable.
5. Return & Refund Request Process
To request a return or refund, customers must contact info@renovatio-labs.com and provide:

Clear photos of the appliance showing the issue

A detailed description of the concern
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if a return is required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Exceptions & Limitations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Appliances altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Renovatio Labs or its authorized partners

Damage or loss after delivery, including shipping issues once the carrier confirms delivery

Issues caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions

Cosmetic or design preference changes requested after production has started
