TERMS OF SERVICE
1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Renovatio Labs (“Renovatio Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products, including all custom-made smile appliances, impression kits, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT USE
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or distributed without written authorization.
3. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Renovatio Labs provides custom-made, removable smile appliances designed for cosmetic appearance and everyday comfort purposes only.
All products are individually crafted based on customer-provided impressions and specifications. Because of the custom nature of these products, variations in appearance, shade, fit, and finish are normal and expected.
4. NO MEDICAL OR DENTAL SERVICES
Renovatio Labs does not provide medical or dental diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or professional advice.
Our Services do not create a dentist–patient or doctor–patient relationship. Our products are not substitutes for professional dental care, and customers are encouraged to consult a licensed dental professional for oral health concerns.
5. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of our Services.
An order is not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
6. IMPRESSION KITS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for properly taking and returning dental impressions using the provided impression kit and instructions.
Multiple impression attempts are included with each kit to allow customers to achieve usable impressions. If impressions are unusable after included attempts, customers may purchase an additional impression kit at an additional cost.
Renovatio Labs is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by incorrect or incomplete impressions.
7. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES
All production timelines are estimates only. Custom fabrication begins only after acceptable impressions are received.
Delays may occur due to impression issues, production volume, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee completion or delivery dates.
The total timeline for order completion depends on multiple stages, each of which must be completed before fabrication begins.
Step 1 – Impression Kit Delivery:
After an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, an impression kit is shipped to the customer next business day. Delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days, depending on carrier performance and destination.
Step 2 – Customer Impressions:
Customers are responsible for taking their impressions using the provided written instructions, video guide, or optional online assistance from an expert. Production will not begin until acceptable impressions are received by Renovatio Labs. Any delay in returning impressions will result in a corresponding extension of the overall turnaround time.
Step 3 – Manufacturing & Final Shipment:
Once acceptable and usable impressions are received and approved for production, fabrication of the custom appliance typically requires 6–7 business days. After production is completed, the finished appliance is shipped to the customer using the selected shipping method.
Rush Production Option
Customers may have the option to purchase Rush Production at an additional cost. Rush Production applies exclusively to the manufacturing time of the final appliance and does not apply to the overall order timeline.
If Rush Production is selected, manufacturing of the appliance will be completed within approximately three (3) business days after Renovatio Labs has received and approved acceptable impressions. The Rush Production timeframe begins only once impressions have been received, reviewed, and confirmed as suitable for manufacturing.
Rush Production does not apply to:

Delivery time of the impression kit

Time taken by the customer to complete and return impressions

Shipping transit times (both inbound and outbound)

Delays caused by incomplete or unsuitable impressions

Carrier delays or events beyond Renovatio Labs’ control
If impressions require retakes or corrections, the Rush Production timeframe will begin only upon receipt of newly approved impressions.
Rush Production fees cover expedited manufacturing only and are non-refundable once production has commenced.
The overall process, including impression kit delivery, impression return, production, and final shipment, may take approximately three to four weeks.
8. PRICING, PAYMENTS & BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. All payments are processed under the legal business name MAXTOK LLC.
By submitting payment, you authorize MAXTOK LLC and its payment processors to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
Installment or third-party payment plans are subject to provider approval and governed by their terms.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Renovatio Labs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Refunds or replacements may be offered solely at our discretion in limited cases, such as confirmed manufacturing defects.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Chargebacks or payment disputes that violate these Terms may result in account restriction or refusal of future service.
11. PRODUCT USE & LIMITATIONS
Our products are intended for cosmetic and comfort use only.
Improper use, modification, or use contrary to provided instructions voids any responsibility on our part. Renovatio Labs is not liable for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, product designs, images, trademarks, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Renovatio Labs or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Renovatio Labs may rely on third-party service providers to support the operation of our Services, including but not limited to payment processing, shipping carriers, software platforms, and the manufacturing or production of custom smile appliances through partnered professional laboratories.
These third parties operate independently and may be located in different jurisdictions. While we carefully select our partners, Renovatio Labs is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, or performance of third-party providers, except where required by applicable law.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that certain aspects of production, fulfillment, and service delivery may be performed by trusted third-party partners on our behalf.
14. COSMETIC USE DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Renovatio Labs provides custom-made, removable smile appliances intended solely for cosmetic appearance and everyday comfort purposes. Our products are not medical devices, are not prescribed, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or dental condition.
Renovatio Labs does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional services of any kind. Use of our products does not create a dentist–patient, doctor–patient, or healthcare provider relationship. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a cosmetic smile appliance is suitable for their individual situation and are encouraged to consult a licensed dental professional before use if they have any oral health concerns.
All products are used at the customer’s own risk. If you experience discomfort, pain, irritation, or any oral health issues, you must discontinue use immediately and seek professional dental care. Renovatio Labs is not responsible for outcomes related to individual oral conditions, pre-existing dental issues, improper use, or failure to follow provided instructions.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that results may vary and that cosmetic smile appliances are not substitutes for professional dental care.
15. LIMITED WARRANTY & REDO POLICY
All custom-made smile appliances provided by Renovatio Labs include a limited 62 day cosmetic warranty, beginning from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects and fit-related issues that result directly from our workmanship or materials. At our sole discretion, eligible claims may result in a one-time adjustment or remake of the appliance.
This warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or normal wear. It also excludes issues caused by changes to the customer’s oral condition after production, including dental work, tooth movement, or extractions. Incorrect shade, size, or design selections made by the customer are not covered.
Any appliance that has been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Renovatio Labs or its authorized partners automatically voids this warranty.
If an appliance causes discomfort, excessive tightness, looseness, or irritation, use must be discontinued immediately. Continued use despite discomfort may void warranty eligibility. All products are cosmetic in nature and do not replace professional dental care.
To request warranty coverage, customers must contact info@renovatio-labs.com within the 62 day warranty period and provide order details and any requested documentation. Appliances may be required to be returned for evaluation.
Impression kits, shipping fees, expedited services, and additional impression kits are non-refundable and not covered under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or durability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Renovatio Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renovatio Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
18. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of our platform.
19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
20. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
