Coverage
This protection plan provides coverage for selected products purchased from Renovatio Labs for just $14.49 per month per appliance. As long as your subscription remains active, you are eligible to purchase one replacement device per year for only a $50 recrafting fee, whether due to loss, accidental damage, or the need for a backup device.
Note: The Smile Protection Plan must be purchased together with your appliance order, or on the same day if your appliance is financed, to be eligible for coverage. Protection Plans purchased after the appliance order may not qualify. Exceptions may apply - please contact us at info@renovatio-labs.com for assistance.
Coverage applies under the following conditions:
Damage Coverage
- Improper Use & Negligence — Coverage for damage resulting from improper use or negligence.
- Loss or Theft — Coverage for lost or stolen appliances.
- Accidental Breakage — Protection against accidental breakage.
- Natural Disasters & External Factors — Coverage for damage caused by fire, water, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable external factors.
- Cosmetic Damage — Coverage for cosmetic damage affecting the usability or functionality of the appliance.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear is not covered under this protection plan.
Service & Claim Processing
Discretion of Service
The determination of the appropriate replacement or service option will be made solely at the discretion of Renovatio Labs based on the circumstances of each claim.
Inspection Requirement
Customers may be required to ship the original appliance back to Renovatio Labs for inspection before a replacement is approved.
Eligible Products
This protection plan applies only to the following products:
- Acrylic Partial Flipper Denture
- Flexible Partial Denture
- Single Tooth Flexible Flipper
- Flexible Flipper Denture
Replacement Policy
Renovatio Labs will replace covered products according to the following guidelines, provided the subscription remains active and all policy conditions are met:
- Custom Partial Dentures are eligible for replacement once per year.
- A $50 recrafting fee applies to every approved replacement claim.
Obligation Satisfaction
If the protection plan is used for any covered product, the replacement obligation for that claim is considered fulfilled until the next eligible replacement period.
Return & Refund Policy
Refund Approval
If an appliance order is approved for a refund, the associated Renovatio Labs Protection Plan subscription payment for that order may also be refunded.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Except for the condition stated above, the protection plan is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
