1. Delivery Carriers & Methods
Renovatio Labs partners with established third-party shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and similar providers, depending on destination, service availability, and order requirements. Shipping methods and carriers may vary and can affect delivery timelines.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times shown at checkout, in order confirmations, or in communications are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Renovatio Labs is not responsible for transit delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, except where required by law.
3. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Tracking information is provided once a shipment is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and ensuring availability to receive deliveries.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing due to unavailability, theft after delivery, or incorrect address information may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Address changes requested after shipment may not be possible and, if accommodated, may result in additional fees and delivery delays. Renovatio Labs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
5. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Renovatio Labs does not control customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify both the shipping carrier and Renovatio Labs within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
Packages lost or damaged in transit are handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies. Renovatio Labs will assist with carrier claims where applicable but does not guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues unless legally required.
